Dale Belles, Ph.D.
Dale Belles, Ph.D.

Dr. Dale Belles earned his B.S. in Psychology from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. His Masters and Doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology were awarded from the University of Florida, Gainesville. Upon completion of his Ph.D., Dale was awarded a fellowship at UF, where he developed and evaluated worksite stress management programs and consulted with physicians and their patients. He has published numerous articles and two books focusing on the consultation process, the psychological benefits of exercise, cardiac risk factor modification, and executive personalities. Before joining Sperduto & Associates, Inc., Dale spent nine years as a corporate psychologist with another Atlanta firm. He is a licensed psychologist whose areas of professional interest include personality assessment, career counseling, and individual management/leadership development. Dale grew up in the Chicago area. Avocational interests include exercise, antique fire engines, cooking, and the history of Chicago.

Kay Loerch, Ph.D.
Kay Loerch, Ph.D.

Dr. Loerch grew up in Nebraska and received her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.  Kay’s graduate work was completed at the University of Tennessee, where she received her Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  While at UT, she taught in the departments of Management and Office Systems Management.  In addition, she worked in the Offices of Human Resource Development and Personnel Services where she was involved in training and development activities at both the employee and management levels, including the University’s Institute for Leadership Effectiveness.  She has published and presented papers in the areas of goal-setting, work/family conflict, and ethics.  She is a licensed psychologist whose current areas of professional interest are in leadership development, team building, organization development, change management, talent management, and the creation of feedback-rich environments.

Since 1987, Kay has been a part of Sperduto & Associates, Inc., a firm of corporate psychologists based in Atlanta, serving local, national, and international corporations, by providing psychological and management consultation. Across her career as a corporate psychologist, she has worked with hundreds of organizations, of all shapes and sizes, across many industries, helping them select, develop, understand, and organize their most important asset: people. She gets her best results working in the context of long-term client relationships to achieve the following goals: to help members of the organization be happier and more productive at work, to build higher functioning teams within the organization, and to help the organization better achieve its goals and strategies.

Kay lives in Atlanta with her husband Mark, 16 year-old daughter Katie, and Molly, a very large and rambunctious Doberman.  Kay enjoys growing orchids, reading, and entertaining.  She is an ordained Presbyterian Elder and enjoys teaching Sunday School for three-, four-, and five-year olds, and singing in her church choir.  She also serves as President of Atlanta’s Family, Inc., a not-for-profit organization that sponsors families-in-need during the holiday season.

Christopher Reilly, Ph.D.

Dr. Chris Reilly graduated summa cum laude with his undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Psychology from Niagara University in 1985. He earned his Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University in 1989. In 2012, he was honored to be selected as a SIOP Scholar, one of the highest forms of recognition for contributions to the field of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Chris has worked as a consultant for companies in the healthcare, distribution, information technology and consulting industries. He has published and presented a number of technical papers in the areas of employee engagement, work scheduling, performance measurement, and decision-making. Before joining Sperduto & Associates, Inc., he worked as a corporate psychologist in Greenville, South Carolina, focusing his efforts primarily in the areas of employee engagement, development of selection and promotion systems and executive development. Chris has worked internationally and has led a number of projects related to employee engagement, succession planning, talent management, and organization restructuring. He is a licensed psychologist and is the President of our survey division.
